When you create an account or make a purchase, we collect your name, email address, phone number, church name and address, church size, and role. We also collect payment information through Stripe — we never store your card details directly.

We use your information to process purchases, deliver products, send service-related communications (such as coaching call reminders), and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

By creating an account, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your purchases and subscription. You may also receive occasional ministry resources and updates from us. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Both services maintain their own privacy and security practices.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@thekidmincollective.com.
